ACQUISITION OF COFINANCING from the Republic of Slovenia and the European union, from the European regional development fund, for the RRI (responsible research and innovation) PROJECT Machine Intelligence for Effective Production Through Prediction of Maintenance and Optimization of Production Processes.The Marovt Company Ltd. Has joined a consortium partner Stroka Produkt Ltd. and decided to develop an IQ TPM 4.0 module which will enable us to use predictive analytics for a more effective maintenance and control of machines and equipment in work environment.Within this project we will develop an overall solution IQ TPM 4.0, which will enable real-time equipment and work environment monitoring, as well as maintenance prediction.Innovative system IQ TPM 4.0 will contribute to a higher level of digitalization through the production automation by integrating different kinds of sensors, which will collect the data on individual aspects of the machine operation, save and process them, and – with the help of machine learning and predictive analytics – enable a higher level of predictive maintenance automation.The complete solution infrastructure encompasses the establishment of a functioning mechanical part of the solution, as well as a programming part with user interfaces and the prepared modules for different most common scenarios in production.  This solution will also incorporate a methodology developed for the most efficient introduction of predictive maintenance, which will cover the most common cases from industry.The solution prototype will be established in an actual production, where it will be possible to monitor its functioning in actual environment. It will serve as an example of good practice during the period of product marketing, when the potential clients will have the opportunity to get to know how the whole system operates in practice. By introducing the principles of industry 4.0 and the IATF 16949 standard into processing industry, the increased demand for integrated solutions which accelerate automation, digitalization and prediction maintenance of production and production processes is expected.The innovative systemic solution IQ TPM 4.0 represents an ‘all-in-one’ solution for a broad spectrum of various machines which do not enable electronic data gathering and sending of their own parameters. With our solution, we will turn older and technologically less advanced machines into newer, more advanced ‘smart machines’, which will also be financially more favorable solutions, and accessible for smaller industrial productions. 1. Increasing the level of production robotization and automation

Project goals: Data gathering moduleThe intended state will be achieved by analyzing and processing the data which are gathered in the existing modules of the Marovt company, as well as the demands which occur during the production process and with analyzing the size and range of data gathering and development competences of the employees who will plan and design the product according to estimated needs.Data storageThe intended condition will be achieved by analyzing and processing the data which are gathered in the existing modules of the Marovt company, as well as the demands which occur during the production process and with analyzing the size and range of data gathering and development competences of the employees who will plan and design the product it according to estimated needs.Predictive analyticsThe intended condition will be achieved with the corresponding complete solution infrastructure improvement, which will enable the gathering of adequate quantity of the relevant data from the necessary sensors. We will develop the most efficient models (types) with the gathered data by means of machine learning for predictive analytics, the main focus of which will be the prediction of maintenance. Not only will the prediction of maintenance be the focus, but also the optimization of other processes in the company (for example, the prediction of the most suitable work flow for individual products and the most efficient energy savings).The beginning of the development dates back to February 7, 2018 and its conclusion is estimated on March 30, 2020.
