We entered the 4.0 Industry, the driving force of the 4th Industrial Revolution, quite early and started with the complete modernisation of all plants as well as all production processes. Our basic know-how has been carried from one generation to another one combined the most advanced IT solutions.
The Marovt smart forging 4.0.
All forging processes are permanently controlled and improved according to our own Marovt CI system by using different sensorics. Knowledge is transferred into algorithms being managed by using modern technologies. With the help of our own innovative solutions we have carried out the total digitalization and robotization of our production. More than one robot per ten employees in our company is more than the European average which leads to the extreme process repeatability and enables the most optimum results in the industry.
Forged parts with extreme precision +/- 00.1mm
By using Precision forging we are able to reduce the usage of material for a forged part, to use less energy and to reduce the mechanical machining which enables more economical and interesting products. We are specialized in the production of precision forged parts weighing between 0.001kg and 1kg. Our processes enable forging with extreme precision +/- 00.1mm. Stainless, alloy and carbon steel is shaped in our production.The whole forging process is planned, controlled, optimised exactly to enable high-quality products with short dead-lines and at competitive prices. Moreover, we contribute to the green planet by reducing the environmental impact.
Meeting the customer expectation of “Zero defect target”
The efficient development, the CCLEAP (Computer Controlled Lean Production) advanced technology, stable automated processes as well as product control in all production phases enable us that all pieces are manufactured according to the same technological procedure and are subject to all controlling processes and quality testing. The percentage of complaints is consequently very low or in accordance with customers’ expectations of »zero defect targets«.
