Since we appreciate and value the opinion of our employees, we have established an information system within the company through which the workers can communicate with all departments within the company. We want our employees to share their suggestions, comments and improvements, which we take into consideration as much as possible. We are also happy to reward any contribution to the success of the company and a stimulating reward for a job well done.December is a very special month for us. In this month, we reward our employees for all the hard work they have put into our company throughout the year. In the days before the Christmas holidays we are also visited by Santa Claus, who brings presents for the children of all our employees.Recognizing the values of our employees and creating a positive working environment within the company is our guiding principle and key to ensuring the satisfaction of our employees.
