We can be proud of fast respond, as the production time from the order to the prototype realisation begins with six weeks.In order to achieve the shortest possible time from the development to the final product we use the most advanced software for the QForm digital forging simulation having a huge impact on the quality of the first pieces and serial products. This is how we can predict the forging process already in the phase of development and this is how we can prevent later corrections and the quality and time deviation.

Our own tool-making factory for the tool manufacture enables the complete solution for the product
Our own tool-making factory is one of our key advantages. This is the place where we manufacture all necessary tools for the manufacture of products of optional dimensions, shapes and materials. Thus, we can we provide our customer with a complete product solution. The process covers everything from modeling, technical documentation, to the production of the final product using CNC technologies. In the tool-making factory, we produce various trimming tools, measuring devices, clamping devices, drowning tools, various parts for production purposes, etc. The diversity of products makes our tool-making factory very special and valuable.To manufacture our products we use various methods of material cutting. We operate 3 axis CNC milling machines, wire erosion, submersible erosion, NC guided grinding machines, as well as some classic machines such as lathe, flat grinding machine and circular grinding machine. Our key advantage is rapid response, flexibility, precision and years of experience. As we strive for the best possible quality of work and competitiveness, our toolbox also incorporates a system of modern industry 4.0.

Digital control of all production processes enables precise planning
All production processes are Computer Controlled with the CCLEAP advanced computer system. We put special emphasis to enable identification and traceability of material, to machine control, the use of resources, control and measurement input.This is how we ensure high-quality of our products, fast flow trough production phases, less stock between phases as well as fast and successful interference in case of anomalies in the production processes.Absolute traceability and real-time interphase stocks allow us to plan quickly and accurately and control production capacity.We analyze the covered data and monitor all key indicators: OEE, scrap, achievement of norms and criteria, material flow and stock status, quality measurements, etc.We are dedicated to maintenance all the time. Most machines capture parameters for their operation, maintain systematic records of maintenance and failures, monitor the frequency of downtime and plan preventive interventions.
Advanced forging 4.0.
Excellent repeatability of the production process is a guarantee for excellent quality
We started with the industry 4.0 quite early (in comparison to the competition) which has specific advantages. Today 80 percent of our machines are equipped with sensors and modules for the process control. Basic data which we include, control and process are: takt time, conditions of the machine, temperature and alarms. Moreover, vibrations, acoustic data, measurement data, tool long-life etc. are controlled on specific machines.The excellent repeatability is a consequence of this precise insight into the production process increasing effective time and reducing production stops and scrap.Consequently, our customer is provided with the product of excellent quality in accordance with dead-lines.
Information protection
We pay special attention to the data protection and strict data confidentiality in relation to our customers as well as internally. Our own IT department with the help of external experts takes care of the safety by maintaining and updating the whole IT equipment regularly as well as with suitable protection protocols.Data protection in our company is in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation which defines the rules regarding the protection of personal data.
