Mentor, leading by exampleTomaž Marovt is a university graduate of mechanical engineering. Already as a young boy, he was fascinated with mechanical engineering and metalworking introduced to him by his father, Oto Marovt, when he started crafting forgings. During his high school years, Mr. Tomaž was actively involved in the company; with a great potential and passion for the industry, he continued his schooling at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. He has always been interested in technology and digitization; the fact reflected in all the activities of the company.
Metka Marovt

Dynamic, determined.Metka Marovt holds a Master of Business Science degree. She has gained her knowledge both abroad and in Slovenia. In 1999, she joined the company management team and with her extensive experience from abroad as well as with her expertise and positive energy, helped to make the company financially stable. She has constantly been striving for the business expansion and development of the company.
Barbara Lajhar
CFO
Hard-working with a sense of belonging.Barbara Lajhar started her business career in the company immediately after graduation. The company has continuously been investing in her professional development, from a trainee in accounting to a head of accounting and until today. In 2018, when she was appointed to the position of CFO. Finance and human resources are one of the fields where she constantly strives to reconcile corporate stability and well-being of our employees.
Dušan Ferlež

Reliable and precise.Dušan Ferlež joined the company as a trainee. With his professionalism, he soon showed that he could keep pace with experts from the recognized brands of the automotive industry. He optimistically sees troubles as challenges and strives that in our sections of development, technology and quality we continually introduce new technologies and modern working methods.
